Getting ready for Christmas!

Hi everyone,  I hope you are all well and looking forward to Christmas,  I can’t believe how quickly the festive season will soon be upon us!

It has been quite a while since I last wrote in my blog, but I thank you for all your well wishes whilst I was ill. My Colitis has been a little unpredictable this year and the tablets I was taking made me feel exceedingly tired, but thankfully I have started a new regime and feel much better :) This has given me a lot more energy and a renewed spirit for making new creations and prayer beads. The site will include some new rosary designs in time for Christmas,  and I’m busy making some devotional chaplets too! I have been receiving many bespoke orders over the past few months and it always makes me feel truly blessed to help my customers create their perfect gift – thank you again for all your kind words and lovely comments upon receiving your handmade pieces. 0marybluesm

I will be adding the last postal dates on the site in a few weeks, please make sure you order in time if you need your handmade gift as a Christmas gift. I will add the dates on twitter too in case any of you are following me on there :)

Wishing you all a truly beautiful weekend, with much love and blessings, Emma Jane

Feeling Better, New Rosaries and a Voucher!

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

Hi everyone! Happy Halloween! I hope you’re all well and enjoying your week – I feel so very blessed and thankful for all your love and healing wishes. Your prayers and get well cards have been so generous and thoughtful, thank you! They have been a great comfort to me, and I’m now feeling a little better! I’m not back to full strength, but slowly getting there. I have had the opportunity to create and make some new rosary designs and mala prayer beads – which is wonderful!

Christmas Rosary

I have added a Christmas rosary to the web site, which I really enjoyed making – I have included a free Holly Charm to be added to your rosary too (if you wish) and I think it’s a sweet idea – and looks really cute. I hope you like it too! It’s already available to buy online and with a few other designs that I’ve managed to make (three of which you’ve already bought – thank you!) – I’m fully stocked in time for Christmas. Phew!

I know, I know – Christmas? Am I really talking about Christmas already? Please forgive me my beautiful friends and customers, but once the cold wintry nights set in and the clocks go back – we all have to start preparing for the beautiful Christmas festivities, and buying early to avoid disappointment is always a good idea. So, I just thought I’d mention it. Also – if you order before Bonfire Night you can use the following voucher for 10% off everything on my site. Just use the code: PUMPKIN at the checkout and click ‘apply’ to receive your discount.

Until next time, my beautiful angels! May I wish you all a fabulous Halloween night and many blessings in your life, God bless, Emma x x x

Wooden Rosary, Baby Rosaries & Anglican Rosary

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all enjoying your weekend and having a beautiful day, I’m just writing to let you know that I’ve recently added a few new rosaries to my web site :)

I know some people have made requests for wooden rosary beads, but I’ve always found it difficult to source a lovely wooden crucifix/cross. Thankfully, upon my Internet travels, I have managed to find some olive wood crosses! Yippee! When the crosses arrived a few weeks ago, I immediately ordered some bayong wood beads and began creating :)

Here is the finished result, it’s now available to buy online and I truly hope you like it – I will be adding more wooden rosaries to my site in the following months, as I love how this has turned out. I’ve also added two new Baby rosaries, in sterling silver and swarovski pearl. The mini rosaries have been so popular, that I’ve decided to make a full-sized rosary in sterling silver for Baptisms and Christenings – they can be found here, on the Baby Rosary page.

Also, I have managed to find some new Anglican crosses! I have been using some plain crosses and some crucifixes (with Jesus on) for the Anglican rosaries so customers can choose which they feel most drawn to. I’ve now added a new Anglican rosary with a coloured enamel cross and I’ll be adding some more soon! I always like to offer my beautiful customers a wide choice ♥ Here is the new Anglican rosary – I hope you like it.

I will be writing again soon, when I’ve added some more items to the web site – I must make sure you have enough choice for Christmas gifts! Yes – some people are already buying early for Christmas :)

Wishing you all, my beautiful friends and customers, a truly blessed weekend filled with much love, light and joy. Thank you for being you. All my love, Emma x x x

Happy New Year from Atalya Designs!

Hello everyone! I apologize for the delay in wishing all my beautiful customers a Happy New Year, but I’ve been very busy creating new stock and updating my web site for 2011! Did everyone have a wonderful Christmas and New Year? I hope so – you’re all in my thoughts and prayers for a special New Year! Sending you much love for the coming year and may it bring much joy, comfort and happiness.

As always, I will keep sending my little email updates throughout the year and remind you all that I’m here for you – whatever you need, I will gladly create for you :)

I’ve recently designed a new large rosary using some deep rich colours which I’m hoping to add to the web site shortly. It’s been lovingly created from brecciated jasper and black onyx, with a matching centerpiece featuring Our Holy Mother. The beads are two wonderful healing stones –

for uplifting, rejuvenating energy, mental focus and feelings of deep happiness. They’re also believed to absorb and transform negative energy allowing you to develop a positive outlook on life. Black Onyx is also a wonderful protection stone. Makes an excellent prayer aid or focus for meditation.

I’m also creating quite a few bespoke orders at the moment, for Baptism and Christenings (lovely baby pinks and blues, so cute!) – so the new rosaries won’t be available for a while until I’ve uploaded them to the site, but I’ll definitely send an update once they’re available to buy.

Until next time, may you all have a truly blessed week filled with much love and light.

God bless you all, love Emma x x x

New Rosaries, Devotional Chaplets and Jewellery!

I’ve been very busy over the past few weeks, creating lots of new handmade items for the web site. Many customers are asking for bespoke rosary beads for Christmas gifts, which I always enjoy creating, but I’ve also added plenty of new stock which make perfect, unique Christmas presents.

A new bronze rosary which I’ve lovingly created from bloodstone, has turned out very nicely. Bloodstone is a good grounding stone with protective qualities, it’s considered a powerful healing stone too. The new Brecciated Jasper rosary has also become a very popular choice among my customers, with lovely comments such as ‘very impressive’ and ‘absolutely stunning’ being among your kind emails. Thank you so much!

I’ve also added a new range of religious jewellery to my site, including two beautiful necklaces consisting of healing gemstones and angel (or crucifix) charms.

Please remember that all my handmade items come gift boxed and tied with ribbon (unless otherwise stated) and shipped to you with love. If you need a bespoke order or personalisation, please order before the 12th November if you need them in time for Christmas.

Thank you again to all my beautiful customers for their lovely comments and heartfelt words regarding my handmade designs, you make my work so worthwhile and very rewarding. Wishing you much joy and peace in your life, have a blessed week! Love and light, Emma x x

Creating New Rosaries and Christmas Stock

I know it’s only September, and thinking about Christmas seems totally crazy but I’m hoping to create enough stock for my beautiful customers this festive season. I don’t want anyone to be disappointed because I haven’t created enough rosaries – that wouldn’t do at all

So, I’ve been beavering away at my work station (my kitchen table strewn with beads!) and lovingly creating plenty of rosary beads, chaplets, one decade rosaries and faith bracelets in time for the Christmas rush. I’m enjoying myself immensely! I love creating, making and designing new rosaries and I hope you enjoy the new creations too :)

I’ve just added a new Saint Therese Chaplet to the site, along with two new rosary designs. The first rosary has been lovingly created from brecciated jasper – a stone which is said to have an uplifting, rejuvenating energy that is said to encourage mental clarity, mental focus and feelings of deep happiness. rosary beads

The other rosary design is dedicated to the Holy Mother, Queen of Peace. This rosary is created from blue aventurine and rose quartz – two beautiful gemstones which calm a troubled mind, thereby bringing inner peace and unconditional love. I love working with these stones, they’re a complete joy to use and bring such happiness to my soul as I work.

I hope you enjoy the new designs, it’s been a pleasure creating them and if you want a bespoke design please do not hesitate to contact me for further details. Thank you for all your kind comments and encouraging words regarding my rosary designs – it’s a blessing to create such beautiful designs for so many wonderful customers.

Wishing you a truly blessed day filled with love, joy and peace. Until next time, sending you my love, Emma x x x
